Zen Educate is hiring a Customer Support Representative to own frontline communication with schools and educators via phone, email, and text. You will manage the support inbox and internal channels, contribute to the Knowledge Base, and identify recurring pain points to recommend process improvements. Full-time, Remote (must reside in Ontario).
