Role overview
Support and maintain customer web integrations, helping enterprise teams keep proxy-based website localization working as their sites evolve. You’ll own technical issues from investigation through resolution, advise customers on sustainable integration choices, and partner with engineering when product changes are needed.
Responsibilities - Manage support cases through resolution, documenting causes, fixes, and follow-up steps. - Lead troubleshooting sessions and integration workshops with customer engineering teams. - Reproduce and escalate product issues with clear evidence for engineering teams. - Build scripts and tools that make diagnosis and configuration safer and faster. - Update production settings carefully, with testing, rollback plans, and clear customer communication. - Work with technical and business stakeholders to clarify needs and improve support practices.
Requirements - At least two years in a customer-facing technical support, consulting, or implementation role. - At least two years of practical experience with HTTP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and REST APIs. - Skill with browser developer tools, network debugging, and understanding how web pages render. - Working knowledge of proxies, CDNs, web servers, DNS/TLS, caching, and web security concepts such as CSP and CORS. - Ability to write scripts in JavaScript, Python, or Bash; use regular expressions; and investigate logs or request traces. - A systematic troubleshooting approach and strong written and spoken communication. - A relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
Nice to have - Familiarity with modern front-end frameworks, content management systems, proxy configuration, or SEO. - Exposure to localization and internationalization, including right-to-left or CJK languages, or software development experience.
