Senior Partner Engineer

Role overview A South Korea-based role partnering with distributors, resellers, system integrators, service providers, and technology alliance partners to build their technical capabilities across a Zero Trust and AI security platform. The mission is to move partners from assisted to fully independent delivery, ultimately driving partner-led growth and enterprise AI security adoption across the APJ region. You will act as a trusted technical advisor spanning Zero Trust, SSE/SASE, cloud and data security, identity, and AI security.

Responsibilities - Build partner technical capability through workshops, hands-on labs, architecture sessions, demonstrations, certifications, and ongoing coaching. - Embed with partner engineers on real customer engagements, guiding discovery, solution positioning, architecture, demos, and proof-of-value work. - Align technical investment with strategic partners alongside Channel, Sales, and Solutions Engineering teams, and tie enablement to measurable business outcomes. - Lead technical conversations on Zero Trust, SSE/SASE, cloud and data security, identity, and AI Security to support enterprise AI adoption. - Capture technical feedback, competitive insights, and emerging requirements from the Korean market and relay them to APJ and global teams.

Requirements - Foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies and experience leveraging, securing, or positioning AI-driven solutions within a functional domain. - Proven success enabling partner technical teams on complex enterprise solutions, including architecture, deployment, and security considerations. - Experience working with the Korean partner ecosystem, developing partner-delivered services, or driving partner-led customer engagements. - Familiarity with major cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud, and how modern applications and AI workloads are deployed in enterprise environments. - Ability to operate across high-level strategy and hands-on technical execution, with strong collaboration and feedback skills.
