About this role

Role overview Act as a hands-on technical leader across teams responsible for integrations, workflow orchestration, and data management. Requirements - At least 12 years of software engineering experience, including substantial senior or staff-level technical leadership across teams. - Deep experience designing and operating distributed backend systems at scale. - Strong proficiency in Java with Spring Boot and/or Node.js with NestJS. - Experience building or owning integrations with CRM, marketing automation, sales engagement, data warehouse, or similar platforms. - Ability to align teams and influence decisions across engineering, product, and business stakeholders. - A record of leading modernization, reliability, or observability efforts, with strong written and verbal communication skills, including executive presentations.

Nice to have - Experience with Kafka or other event-driven streaming systems, and workflow tools such as Temporal, Google Cloud Workflows, or Airflow. - Knowledge of data quality practices, including deduplication, standardization, enrichment, and privacy compliance. - Experience with API strategy, webhooks, partner integrations, or low-code workflow tools.
