Role overview A nine-week internship program designed to launch ICT students into the technology industry. The track combines online certified training with hands-on coding practice and exposure to Agile methodology. Participants work in sprint cycles with daily standups, simulating a real project environment to accelerate their transition into professional roles.

Responsibilities - Complete nine weeks of structured online training covering CSS, Java, Angular, Maven, Spring, and ActiveMQ - Participate in daily standups and one-week sprints within a simulated project environment - Apply Agile methodology principles to coursework and project-based assignments - Engage with dedicated mentors and incorporate feedback to grow technical and professional skills - Demonstrate initiative, curiosity, and ownership over assigned tasks throughout the program

Requirements - Final-year undergraduate or graduate student, or recent graduate from an IT-related university program - Demonstrated coding proficiency or a strong interest in developing technical skills - Strong communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and adaptability skills - Self-driven mindset with a strong work ethic and attention to detail - Eagerness to learn continuously, embrace feedback, and contribute ideas proactively

Nice to have - Prior exposure to any of the technologies in the curriculum - Familiarity with Agile frameworks, sprint-based workflows, or collaborative coding practices
