Role overview This Solution Integrations Architect role builds the technical foundation that powers an enterprise procurement platform's ERP and integration ecosystem, with a specific focus on the Oracle ecosystem. The architect partners with Engineering, Product, and Design teams to design, maintain, and iterate on reusable Oracle integration templates, defines standards for how the platform interacts with external systems, and supports pre-sales for large enterprise deployments.
Responsibilities - Architect and standardize Oracle integrations by designing, maintaining, and iterating on core Oracle integration templates for scalable, repeatable customer implementations. - Bridge product and the field, keeping templates aligned with core product architecture, field insights, and emerging customer needs. - Analyze complex customer implementations to identify reusable data mapping patterns and convert bespoke solutions into standardized internal assets. - Support pre-sales engineering by designing and vetting integration architectures for prospective customers. - Drive technical implementation excellence by defining, documenting, and championing technical consulting best practices. - Build deep fluency across additional ERP ecosystems beyond Oracle and become the subject matter expert on integration architecture, data models, and the App Studio. - Approach every challenge with an engineering mindset, balancing high-level architectural design with hands-on API configuration and template work to get implementations right the first time.
Requirements - 6+ years of hands-on experience delivering integrations with Oracle environments. - Strong foundational knowledge of core Oracle EBS business processes, schema layouts, and data models across Oracle Purchasing (PO), Payables (AP), and General Ledger (GL). - Familiarity with standard Oracle EBS integration methods including Open Interface Tables, Public APIs and PL-SQL packages, Oracle Integrated SOA Gateway, and REST/SOAP services. - Past ERP implementation, integration, configuration, or administration experience, plus comfort working with XML and REST-based endpoints and standard authentication protocols. - Ability to translate highly technical information for varied audiences, comfort with API documentation, and skill in testing and troubleshooting integration errors. - Ability to understand customer requirements and document them quickly with little oversight, strong communication skills, extreme attention to detail, and a continuous-improvement mindset.
Nice to have - Familiarity with iPaaS tools and a willingness to learn new platform tools quickly. - Experience working with product and engineering teams.
