Solution Architect - DACH

Role overview A remote individual-contributor role for a senior Solution Architect leading complex enterprise implementations of an intelligent agreement management platform. The position sits inside a professional services team and partners closely with clients in the DACH region, balancing deep technical design with executive-level business advisory work.

Responsibilities - Lead end-to-end technical implementations, acting as the subject matter expert on solution design, configuration, network and data security, and scalability. - Provide architectural guidance on integration strategies, web applications, and customer system landscapes, aligning them with a long-term platform roadmap. - Guide project teams through deployment best practices, code and configuration reviews, and adoption of new release features. - Review and optimize at-risk customer and partner implementations, troubleshooting complex issues to bring projects back to health. - Build trusted-advisor relationships with enterprise administrators, centers of excellence, and executive stakeholders. - Translate complex business requirements into clear technical designs, manage escalations, and document best practices for the broader services team.

Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience. - Eight or more years of experience working directly with enterprise clients to gather requirements and deliver high-impact technical solutions. - Background in software or SaaS consulting, solution architecture, or technical implementation leadership. - Hands-on development and integration experience with languages and frameworks such as C#, Java, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, SQL, and REST or SOAP web services. - Familiarity with enterprise integration tools, ETL, and web application development. - Fluency in both German and English.

Nice to have - Experience with Contract Lifecycle Management, document or content management systems, and business process management software such as Salesforce, SharePoint, Documentum, Pega, or K2. - Working knowledge of data management platforms, XML, XPath, or structured data schemas. - Management consulting background with a track record of guiding C-suite and VP-level executives through technical change. - Domain experience in financial services, technology, telecom, healthcare, real estate, insurance, or the public sector. - Fluency in Italian.
