Data Engineer

Role overview Build and operate cloud data platforms that support analytics, business intelligence, and machine learning. You will take data work from discovery through production, balancing pipeline quality, platform reliability, security, and cost.

Responsibilities - Develop and maintain batch and near-real-time data pipelines. - Model data for analytics, BI, and machine learning workloads. - Manage platform infrastructure, reliability, and operating costs. - Partner with stakeholders from initial discovery through production delivery. - Apply security standards and help improve engineering practices.

Requirements - Strong SQL and Python skills, with experience in Spark and relational databases. - At least two years of hands-on Databricks experience. - Experience with Azure or AWS and with data modeling and warehouse or lakehouse platforms. - Practical knowledge of orchestration, Infrastructure as Code, and AI coding tools. - Excellent English communication, a self-directed approach, and a focus on quality.
