Senior data engineer

Role overview Own data pipelines from source systems through tested models, supporting reporting, pricing and cost monitoring. The work combines hands-on data engineering with warehouse modelling and requires explaining technical choices in terms that non-technical partners can use.

Responsibilities - Connect and manage data sources used for reporting and monitoring. - Build and maintain ELT pipelines and orchestration workflows. - Model data in a warehouse to support reporting, pricing and cost analysis. - Add tests and data quality checks across sources and models. - Explain implementation trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements - Strong SQL and Python skills. - Experience with data warehouse modelling. - Familiarity with ELT tooling and workflow orchestration. - Experience implementing data quality tests. - Ability to communicate technical trade-offs clearly to non-technical audiences.
