QA / Test Coordinator

Role overview Coordinate quality assurance for complex delivery work, keeping customer-facing testing activities, evidence, and acceptance gates aligned. The role connects delivery teams, internal QA, and external testing providers, with a strong focus on Salesforce solutions, defect handling, and release readiness.

Responsibilities - Plan QA activities and act as the main coordination point between delivery teams, internal testers, customers, and external test providers. - Prepare and maintain evidence for formal quality reviews, including test books, coverage reports, static analysis results, and execution records. - Manage QA gates and consolidated deliverable registers, tracking dependencies that affect acceptance, release readiness, and invoicing milestones. - Coordinate Salesforce functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing. - Run defect workflows in Jira or similar tools, from reporting and prioritization through triage, retesting, and closure. - Analyze quality results, surface recurring issues and delivery risks, and communicate readiness, blockers, and corrective actions.

Requirements - At least 1.5 years of QA experience, including coordination across complex delivery projects. - Strong experience with customer-facing QA processes, quality gates, and formal test evidence. - Hands-on familiarity with Salesforce testing across functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end scenarios. - Knowledge of static analysis tools such as SonarQube, Salesforce Code Analyzer, or PMD, and ability to interpret results. - Experience managing defects and coordinating triage across multiple teams and providers. - Understanding of SDLC, release processes, documentation traceability, and audit readiness. - Clear stakeholder communication and practical use of AI-powered assistants; ability to work from within the European Union and hold a valid work permit.

Nice to have - Experience embedding GenAI workflows or AI-assisted automation into software delivery and QA practices.
