ERP / Odoo Consultant

Role overview Help organizations implement ERP workflows that reflect how their operations actually work. The role combines process discovery, system configuration, customization planning, migration, training, and post-launch support, with an emphasis on keeping solutions useful and manageable. This is a part-time, fully remote position based in Egypt, with flexible hours and collaboration overlap.

Responsibilities - Facilitate discovery workshops covering finance, inventory, sales, and operational processes. - Configure Odoo or a comparable ERP platform to support client workflows. - Identify gaps between standard functionality and business needs, and coordinate justified custom work with developers. - Assist with data migration and cutover planning, identifying risks before go-live. - Train users, prepare adoption materials, and document configurations and procedures. - Support change management and post-launch stabilization while controlling unnecessary scope.

Requirements - Practical experience implementing ERP systems; Odoo experience is preferred. - Strong business-process analysis and module-configuration skills. - Ability to work effectively with operations stakeholders and technical teams. - Understanding of data migration, cutover, and go-live risks. - Workshop facilitation, clear documentation, and awareness of change management. - Sound judgment when weighing customization, scope, and business value.

Nice to have Experience with Odoo Accounting, Inventory, Sales, or CRM; ERP rollouts, user acceptance testing, or business process redesign.
