Principal/Senior Software Engineer

Role overview Build and evolve production-grade web applications and enterprise software, working across frontend and backend systems. This senior engineering role combines hands-on development with technical leadership, helping teams make sound design choices and deliver secure, reliable products.

Responsibilities - Develop full-stack applications using TypeScript and JavaScript, with React and a backend runtime such as Node.js or Deno. - Translate product needs into practical technical designs and establish reusable engineering patterns. - Design and integrate REST APIs, webhooks, event-driven flows, and third-party SaaS services. - Guide decisions about authentication, permissions, data access, security, performance, and reliability. - Support testing, CI/CD, observability, and production operations; mentor engineers and share knowledge. - Collaborate with product, architecture, platform, and engineering teams, and take promising prototypes toward production.

Requirements - At least 10 years of professional software engineering experience, ideally across full-stack products. - Strong production experience with TypeScript, JavaScript, React, and Node.js or Deno. - Solid PostgreSQL skills, including data modelling, querying, performance, and application integration; experience with Supabase or a comparable platform and access controls such as RLS. - Experience with API integrations, webhooks, event-driven systems, OAuth 2.0, and secure application design. - Knowledge of responsive frontend development, automated testing, Git workflows, CI/CD, and production readiness. - Strong debugging, communication, and collaboration skills, plus practical use of AI-powered development assistants. - Ability to work from within the European Union and hold a valid work permit.

Nice to have - Experience with LLM APIs, AI SDKs, or AI-enabled products. - Familiarity with Vercel, TanStack Query, React Router, Tailwind CSS, or shadcn/Radix. - Experience with GitHub or Jira and structured GenAI workflows for software development.
