Software Engineer

Role overview Develop and operate software across a cybersecurity platform that builds digital models of customer IT environments and analyzes security posture. The work spans integrations with security products, data pipelines, coordination between backend AI services and workers, and reliability of deployed systems.

Responsibilities - Contribute to components that construct and update digital models of customer networks. - Build or improve communication and signaling between backend AI engines and worker services. - Create data pipelines connecting the platform with third-party security products. - Help ensure customer deployments remain resilient and meet uptime needs. - Configure, tune, or automate enterprise security tools through their APIs as part of product integration work.

Requirements - At least four years of professional experience building and deploying software or services in a corporate or enterprise security engineering setting. - Hands-on knowledge of security tools such as endpoint detection and response, device management, identity, SIEM, SOAR, or XDR systems. - Experience implementing or supporting enterprise security controls, such as malware protection, access controls, detection engineering, or device management. - Development experience in a modern programming language, for example Python, Rust, or Go. - Willingness to work extended hours or weekends when needed.

Nice to have - Interest in machine learning and generative AI approaches, including agent behavior, tool use, knowledge graphs, or retrieval-augmented generation. - Ability to work through ambiguity and learn unfamiliar technologies quickly.
