About this role
Role overview
Help engineering teams turn real development workflow needs into practical, reliable AI-assisted software solutions. You’ll work directly with partners to understand their systems, deliver focused technical implementations, and feed recurring lessons back into product improvements.
Responsibilities
- Lead discovery with partner teams to understand their tools, workflows, constraints, and success criteria. - Build scoped integrations, prototypes, and reference implementations, with clear handoffs. - Debug issues across application code, infrastructure, and third-party APIs. - Define verification plans and help assess the security and correctness of proposed changes. - Turn repeated partner needs into reusable implementation guidance and product recommendations. - Keep technical and nontechnical stakeholders informed about progress, risks, and decisions.
Requirements
- Experience shipping and troubleshooting production web applications or developer tools. - Strong programming ability in TypeScript, Python, or a comparable language, and confidence navigating unfamiliar code. - Practical knowledge of Git, APIs, authentication, automated checks, and cloud environments. - Ability to turn an open-ended business problem into a bounded technical plan. - Comfortable working with customers and explaining technical tradeoffs in plain language. - Able to work independently and communicate clearly in a remote team.
Nice to have
- Experience with coding agents, LLM applications, or evaluation methods. - Background in solutions engineering, technical consulting, or developer relations. - Open-source contributions or public technical writing.
Benefits and work setup
This is a remote position. Hiring locations, working-hour overlap, and engagement terms are discussed during the hiring process. Early work includes documenting a representative partner workflow, delivering a pilot with measurable acceptance criteria, and turning feedback into reusable patterns.
