Analytics Senior Executive, GOC

Role overview This Business Intelligence role supports Analytics and Media teams by maintaining reliable dashboards, recurring reports, and data quality processes that improve marketing efficiency. The position sits within the BI function of a global media operating unit, partnering closely with onshore and offshore teams across multiple markets.

Responsibilities - Support the implementation, maintenance, enhancement, and issue resolution of paid media performance dashboards, ensuring accuracy and responsiveness to feedback. - Produce recurring weekly, monthly, quarterly, and campaign wrap-up reports using Power BI, Tableau, and Looker. - Extract data from multiple media platforms and perform data cleaning, hygiene, and quality control. - Conduct daily and weekly data quality assurance, investigating and resolving discrepancies across reporting deliverables. - Ensure compliance with established data governance and taxonomy requirements. - Support onboarding and integration of new data sources, including parsing, benchmarking, mapping, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis. - Coordinate with BI and Data Operations teams to implement fixes and resolve data integration issues. - Support intake and quality assurance of partner-provided performance data. - Maintain accurate documentation of data processes, business logic, and workflows to promote consistency and knowledge sharing. - Support project timelines and reporting schedules, communicating progress, risks, dependencies, and delivery issues.

Requirements - 2+ years of professional experience in Analytics or Business Intelligence working with large, complex datasets. - Hands-on experience with Power BI; knowledge of Tableau or Looker is highly desirable. - Experience working with digital media data, including Google Campaign Manager/CM360, major digital and social platforms, and web analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics. - Advanced proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, lookups, charts, and complex data manipulation. - Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills. - Understanding of common media metrics and buying models such as CPV, VCR, and GRP, and how they connect to business outcomes. - Ability to independently manage day-to-day workstreams within large analytical projects with limited guidance. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially when collaborating across offshore and onshore teams. - Availability for a minimum three-hour morning overlap with New York (EST or CST); up to six hours of overlap preferred. - Legal authorization to work in Mexico or Colombia, with the role performed from within one of those countries.

Nice to have - Experience with SQL, Python, or R, or with tag management or application coding. - Statistics or data modeling experience. - Previous experience working directly with US-based teams.
