Product Designer

Role overview A Product Designer role on a remote-first team building software for service industry professionals. The designer partners closely with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to craft intuitive, efficient product experiences aimed at non-technical users, owning work from discovery through delivery.

Responsibilities - Translate customer and business objectives into purposeful, feasible product designs - Manage the end-to-end design process, including discovery, concept ideation, flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes - Develop multiple solutions for well-defined problems across the product suite while holding a high quality bar - Prioritize simplicity, speed, and trust so non-technical users find the product effortless - Partner with product marketing, engineering, and leadership in a triad model, presenting rationale through storytelling - Share work in design reviews, triage feedback, and iterate while championing design system consistency

Requirements - Experienced product designer with a track record of solving complex problems for non-technical users - Comfort owning design work from concept through delivery - Skill presenting design rationale and aligning cross-functional stakeholders - Experience collaborating with product managers, engineers, and other designers - Familiarity with design systems and component-based design approaches - Working knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices

Nice to have - Background in service industry workflows or field service management - Enterprise product design or financial services design experience - Work on AI-powered features or data-driven product experiences - Jobs-to-be-Done methodology and service design principles - Experience mentoring designers or leading design initiatives - Comfort presenting to and influencing senior stakeholders and executives
