Senior Product Designer

Role overview A senior product designer is needed to help shape the future of an AI-assisted platform aimed at real estate professionals. The role partners directly with leadership across product strategy, UX architecture, and implementation to turn ideas into scalable, intuitive experiences spanning mobile, web, and internal operational tools. It suits someone who thrives in fast-moving environments and can carry concepts from whiteboard to shipped product with high autonomy.

Responsibilities - Design end-to-end experiences across mobile app, web, and internal dashboard environments. - Build and maintain scalable design systems in Figma that accelerate product development. - Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and polished UI ready for engineering implementation. - Translate operational and data-heavy workflows into clear, actionable interfaces. - Iterate rapidly on concepts and feedback in a lean development environment, often using AI-enabled tools to streamline work. - Partner with engineering, product management, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure high-quality implementation and shared UX consistency.

Requirements - 7+ years of product design experience with significant UI/UX work on SaaS, operational platforms, or workflow-driven products. - Proven track record designing complex products in fast-paced environments and the ability to operate independently with limited direction. - Experience building and scaling design systems from foundation to maturity, with expert-level Figma proficiency. - Strong understanding of front-end development principles and engineering constraints, plus experience collaborating across the full product lifecycle. - Portfolio demonstrating strong UX thinking, interaction design, and measurable business impact. - Demonstrated ability to thoughtfully incorporate AI-enabled tools into product design, research, iteration, or operational efficiency.

Nice to have - Real estate industry experience or familiarity with agent workflows. - Track record of mentoring designers and elevating team capabilities.

Benefits and work setup - Remote-eligible within the United States, with occasional office or offsite work as agreed with the manager. - US national base pay range of $165,000 to $185,000, determined by skills, experience, and work location. - No visa sponsorship available; candidates must be authorized to work in the US.
