Responsibilities
- Own diverse projects and initiatives centered on cloud security, partnering with internal account groups, product and engineering teams, and customer-side counterparts - Build and deepen relationships from day-to-day technicians up to CISO-level executives across customer organizations - Define adoption milestones, remove blockers, and implement processes that accelerate secure workload migrations - Develop and execute comprehensive training strategies to upskill both technical and non-technical customer roles in cloud security awareness - Establish governance structures for each partnership, with security and consistent adoption as top priorities - Identify expansion opportunities through business case development, total cost of ownership analysis, and tool consolidation recommendations - Translate platform guidance into actionable customer execution while advocating internally for security needs
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in a customer success management, account executive, or other customer-facing strategic role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at every level of an organization - Ability to learn cloud security platform offerings and pricing models with agility - Must be located in the central United States - Legal right to work in the country of the position without visa sponsorship

Benefits and work setup
- Full-time position with compensation including base salary, bonus, and equity eligibility - US base salary range of $110,000 to $151,000 depending on location and experience - Comprehensive benefits package offered - Remote work within the central United States; the role does not offer visa sponsorship
