Senior Product Manager - German Public Sector & Defence (f/m/d)

Role overview Guide product direction for secure communications used by German public sector and defence customers. You will bring customer and market insight into product strategy across areas such as messaging, calling, file sharing, and core platform capabilities, helping teams focus on valuable problems while engineering teams manage delivery and backlogs.

Responsibilities - Build trusted relationships with public sector and defence customers, prospects, and partners, and represent product leadership in senior discussions. - Work with commercial colleagues on major opportunities, tenders, and RFPs; assess requirements and provide product expertise. - Track strategic customer commitments, commercial opportunities, and changes in the market. - Set goals, outcomes, and priorities for one or more product value streams in line with product strategy. - Turn customer and market needs into clearly defined problems and opportunities for product and engineering teams.

Requirements - Extensive product management experience, including senior-level work in a complex B2B or enterprise technology setting. - German and English proficiency at C1 level or higher, spoken and written. - Ability to engage with customers and markets and shape product direction across teams.

Nice to have - Experience with enterprise SaaS or security-focused products, digital sovereignty in Germany or Europe, or work across multiple product teams or value streams. - Existing Ü2/Ü3 security clearance, or eligibility and willingness to obtain one.
