Senior Product Manager

Role overview

A senior product manager role owning a strategic fintech product end-to-end, from vision and discovery through MVP delivery to growth. The position sits inside a remote-first SaaS organization serving clients in the financial ecosystem and partners closely with engineering, design, QA, business stakeholders, and external providers.

Responsibilities

- Define and own the product vision, long-term strategy, and roadmap, balancing customer value, technical feasibility, and business goals. - Lead product discovery through customer interviews, user research, competitor analysis, and market opportunity sizing. - Build and prioritize a structured product backlog, define MVPs, and continuously evolve the product based on feedback and measurable impact. - Coordinate cross-functional delivery with engineering, QA, and design, supporting Agile ceremonies such as planning, reviews, and retrospectives. - Engage directly with customers, enterprise clients, partners, and executive leadership to validate direction and translate insights into improvements. - Track product KPIs, adoption, and business outcomes, identifying initiatives that improve activation, conversion, retention, and operational efficiency.

Requirements

- Four or more years of experience as a product manager in product- or technology-driven companies. - Demonstrated ownership of products across discovery, delivery, and growth stages. - Hands-on experience defining roadmaps, MVPs, and prioritization using data-driven decision making. - Practical Agile experience and collaboration with engineering, QA, and UI/UX teams. - Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting. - Upper-Intermediate or higher English proficiency.

Nice to have

- Experience building products from 0 to 1, launching MVPs, and scaling them post-launch. - Background in fintech, payments, banking, KYC/KYB, compliance, card issuing, or SaaS environments. - Familiarity with third-party integrations, external vendors, and distributed remote teams. - Certifications such as PSPO, Scrum Product Owner, or other Agile credentials.
