Product Manager

Role overview A hands-on Product Manager role driving innovation across multiple products and opportunities in an open-source blockchain and Web3 ecosystem. The position spans the full product arc — from early discovery and customer validation through to launch and iteration — with significant autonomy and close collaboration with engineering, design, customers, and partners.

Responsibilities - Own and manage several products in parallel, setting clear strategies, priorities, and roadmaps grounded in customer value and evidence - Incubate and validate new ideas quickly, moving from hypothesis and demand validation through MVP/POC and onward where signals support investment - Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle alongside engineering and design, building, testing, and iterating while making clear scale/pivot/stop decisions - Anchor product decisions in customer reality by combining direct engagement, behavioural data, market insight, and demand signals - Translate customer problems into detailed briefs covering requirements, assumptions, success measures, and trade-offs - Use AI tools and agents extensively to speed up research, prototyping, analysis, and iteration

Requirements - Prior Product Manager experience in a high-growth technology company, with blockchain or Web3 background viewed as a strong plus - Demonstrated ability to formulate and drive a product vision, owning the narrative with leadership, customers, and partners - Hands-on comfort with AI coding and agent tools for prototyping, testing, or shipping ideas directly - Enough technical fluency to read code, reason about feasibility, and collaborate deeply with engineering - Genuine passion for crypto and active awareness of market trends and developments - Solid grasp of design best practices and agile development methodologies
