About this role

Role overview

Lead consultative technical engagements for enterprise customers evaluating a web-development and digital-marketing platform. You will partner with account executives and internal teams to understand business and technical needs, design credible solutions, run evaluations, and communicate a compelling path to value while bringing customer insight back into product direction.

Responsibilities

- Support two to three account executives across multiple enterprise opportunities, coordinating stakeholders and maintaining momentum toward solution delivery. - Conduct discovery, solution architecture, technical validation, and business-case development based on each customer’s objectives and constraints. - Lead demonstrations, workshops, and trials that connect platform capabilities to customer challenges and desired outcomes. - Guide customers through evaluation processes and build trust through clear, consultative communication. - Represent enterprise customer needs in product discussions and influence both near-term improvements and longer-term direction. - Lead strategic cross-functional initiatives and travel up to 25% as required.

Requirements

- At least six years of experience in solutions engineering, preferably involving web development or related technical products. - Advanced understanding of APIs and web technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Consultative problem-solving approach with strong customer orientation. - Excellent storytelling, discovery, demonstration, presentation, writing, and verbal communication skills. - Ability to coach others, work independently, adapt to changing priorities, and collaborate constructively in a fast-paced environment. - Curiosity about emerging technologies and willingness to use AI to automate routine work and improve outcomes.

Benefits and work setup

- Remote-first, full-time role for candidates in the United States or Ontario, Canada, limited to Central or Eastern time zones; an in-person onboarding session in San Francisco is required. - Compensation varies by location. Listed U.S. on-target earnings ranges are $182,000–$245,000 by geographic zone; the listed Ontario range is CAD 200,000–235,000. - Benefits may include equity, health coverage, retirement matching, paid parental leave, flexible vacation, paid holidays, wellness support, stipends, and an annual bonus program.
