Program Manager, AI Enablement

Role overview Coordinate a portfolio of AI initiatives, turning organizational priorities into clear plans, ownership, and measurable outcomes. The role connects engineering, product, business, and control functions to help develop, govern, launch, and increase adoption of AI capabilities.

Responsibilities - Work with AI leadership to prioritize initiatives and coordinate plans, dependencies, timelines, deliverables, and success measures across teams. - Track development of shared AI platform components and keep technical priorities and release schedules aligned. - Coordinate the lifecycle of AI workflows and agents, from intake and discovery through evaluation, approval, launch, and adoption. - Partner with legal, risk, compliance, and security teams on AI policies and governance standards. - Support enterprise training with HR and department leaders, including foundational and role-specific learning. - Maintain program plans, status reports, risk and decision logs, governance routines, executive updates, and follow-through on actions.

Requirements - Strong program management experience coordinating multiple concurrent initiatives and competing priorities. - Practical understanding of AI technologies and the ability to work with engineering and product teams. - Effective organization and communication skills for aligning technical teams, business stakeholders, and leadership. - Ability to identify risks, dependencies, and obstacles, and raise issues with proposed solutions. - A collaborative, thoughtful approach to learning processes and working with colleagues and stakeholders.
