Requirements - At least seven years of experience spanning SaaS product development, program management, and release management. - Direct experience with AI development lifecycles and using AI or agent-based workflows in program management. - Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, statistics, or a related technical field. - Ability to build trust, align teams, and set direction in ambiguous situations. - Sound judgment in handling conflict, communicating difficult updates, and adapting to change. - Familiarity with common program tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Google Workspace.
Nice to have - Strong working knowledge of large language models, generative AI, and agent frameworks, with experience applying them to practical program workflows. - Clear presentation, negotiation, and collaboration skills across organizational levels. - Interest in both business outcomes and technical detail.
Benefits and work setup - Listed annual base salary range: €93,000–€116,500, plus variable compensation; final pay depends on qualifications, experience, and location. - Benefits include paid parental leave, flexible time off, spending accounts, medical, dental, and vision coverage, and a sabbatical after five years.
