Software Engineer (Senior to Staff)

Role overview Build and improve software that helps legal professionals handle communications and the paperwork that follows. The work can span product discovery, full-stack delivery, production reliability, and technical guidance, with initial projects potentially focused on AI, computer engineering, or API integrations.

Responsibilities - Speak with legal professionals to understand their workflows and use those insights to guide engineering decisions. - Identify, scope, and deliver product improvements, including full-stack changes where needed. - Debug, monitor, and improve systems running in production. - Maintain technical documentation and operational procedures. - Contribute to engineering discussions, mentor less experienced colleagues, and coordinate with other teams.

Requirements - At least four years of professional software engineering experience. - Experience with TypeScript. - Strong communication, analytical ability, and attention to detail. - Self-direction and willingness to take initiative.

Nice to have - Recent experience at a payments technology company. - Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform, Firebase, Terraform, or Kubernetes. - Interest or experience in AI, computer engineering, or API integrations.
