Senior Software Engineer - Product Test Frameworks (.NET/TestStand)

Role overview Develop and maintain software frameworks that support product testing and factory test stations. You will work with engineers across disciplines to make test automation more reusable, maintainable, and consistent, while applying software engineering practices to deliver dependable solutions for internal and external users.

Responsibilities - Review high-level needs and help turn them into clear, testable, realistic requirements. - Derive software requirements from stakeholder needs and document framework designs and conventions. - Build and maintain test frameworks, services, utilities, libraries, and file formats for long-term station operation and support. - Review and test your own work and contributions from teammates and collaborators. - Improve reuse and development processes, including through integration testing and CI/CD practices. - Bring knowledge of test equipment and instrumentation into software design, and collaborate on solutions for factory teams.

Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, computer science, a similar technical field, or equivalent experience. - At least six years of systems and test experience in complex environments. - Experience developing software collaboratively with version control, build automation, bug tracking, and test-driven development or similar practices. - Ability to learn quickly, work constructively with engineers across disciplines, and maintain a strong quality focus.
