Enterprise AI Assurance & Value Engineering Lead

Role overview Help enterprises adopt autonomous AI work by making its outcomes independently verifiable and commercially valuable. Working directly with the founding team, you’ll identify where assurance is needed, shape practical use cases and product requirements, and lead early customer engagements from business case through proof of value.

Responsibilities - Find the assurance gaps that prevent organizations from allowing AI agents to carry out work autonomously. - Turn those gaps into clear use cases, business cases, and product requirements. - Scope and run early proof-of-value engagements with senior technology, finance, process, and audit stakeholders. - Explain the business value of verifiable evidence across complex organizations with independently governed systems. - Develop a repeatable path for expanding adoption from an initial process or business unit to the wider organization. - In the first six months, identify key assurance barriers, translate them into product direction, and establish commercially meaningful customer engagements.

Requirements - Experience in enterprise value engineering, business transformation, technology risk, intelligent automation, or process excellence. - Familiarity with large multinational organizations and complex, SAP-centered technology environments. - Knowledge of business processes such as order-to-cash and procure-to-pay. - Ability to distinguish commercially urgent problems from technically interesting ones. - Strong communication skills for making technical assurance issues understandable to executives and business stakeholders.
