C++/Python Software Engineer (C++ required)

Role overview

Develop and maintain software services for conversational AI and speech technologies, working across implementation, optimization, and integration with external systems. You’ll partner with engineers, researchers, and business colleagues on a growing AI services ecosystem, while helping shape technical priorities and development practices.

Responsibilities - Design, build, and maintain services for speech technology products. - Implement and optimize software components, including integrations with client systems. - Support clean, maintainable code and improve engineering practices such as testing and modular design. - Participate in decisions about team goals, priorities, and work planning. - Contribute throughout the development process and help improve team collaboration.

Requirements - Degree in computer science, telecommunications, or a related field. - At least four years of programming experience in C++, Python, or Rust; C++ experience is required. - Experience with CI systems and build tools such as CMake or Conan. - Familiarity with Docker and strong Linux development knowledge, including packaging. - Collaborative, results-oriented approach and strategic problem-solving skills. - English proficiency at B2 level or above.

Nice to have - Rust, cloud technologies, design patterns, SOLID principles, test-driven development, or Agile methods. - Experience with VoIP protocols, audio processing, or related telephony toolkits. - Familiarity with JavaScript, TypeScript, Vue, or issue-tracking tools.
