Senior C# Developer: Dev Tools

Role overview

Build internal developer tools that automate software development processes and improve their quality. You’ll extend web services in a developer platform and take changes from the initial problem through implementation and release, working with C# and .NET technologies.

Responsibilities - Develop and extend web services for an internal developer platform. - Build tools that automate development workflows and support quality improvements. - Own changes end to end, from understanding an engineer’s reported problem to delivering a release. - Establish and maintain automated quality controls, including tests, analyzers, and CI gates. - Break larger projects into smaller increments that can be shipped independently. - Review code and explain assessments of design and implementation quality.

Requirements - Deep knowledge of C#, .NET, data structures, and algorithms. - Understanding of object-oriented design and domain-oriented architecture. - Ability to design and maintain automated quality checks. - Skill in dividing complex work into manageable, independently shippable pieces. - Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or information technology. - English proficiency for communicating with international teams.

Nice to have - Experience taking a technical initiative from idea through production. - Familiarity with software development lifecycles and CI/CD. - Interest in learning new areas and growing as an individual contributor.
