C# Developer

Role overview Build and support a cloud-connected backup product for Microsoft 365. You’ll develop features with a product team, coordinate with colleagues across the development process, and help plan work from initial ideas through implementation.

Responsibilities - Develop and maintain product features for Microsoft 365 backup and recovery. - Work with other contributors to coordinate product development. - Help plan features and turn requirements into working software. - Build services and integrations using C#, .NET, REST, and related technologies. - Work with cloud platforms, databases, and messaging or event-driven systems.

Requirements - Around 3–5 years of relevant software development experience. - Strong knowledge of C# and a sound understanding of data structures and algorithms. - Experience building software that uses a relational database such as PostgreSQL, SQL Server, MySQL, or Oracle. - Experience developing for a public cloud environment. - Analytical reasoning, clear communication, flexibility, and the ability to work independently.

Nice to have - Familiarity with Windows development, .NET internals, or the Windows API. - Experience debugging event-driven systems or working with Windows or Linux at an advanced level. - Experience with Exchange, SharePoint, or Microsoft 365 integrations. - Background building commercial products for a broad customer base. - Exposure to C++, C++/CLI, PowerShell, WPF, source control, or CI tools.
