Senior Product Designer

Role overview

Lead product design for mobile and web experiences with complex user journeys. You’ll take features from early definition through implementation, working closely with product, engineering, analytics and QA to improve design quality. The role sits within an established design team that reviews decisions together, with a potential path toward design leadership.

Responsibilities

- Break down product work with a product manager and help set priorities. - Research user journeys and visual approaches, then choose and explain an appropriate design direction. - Design interfaces, interaction states and platform-specific adaptations for mobile and web. - Build prototypes to explore and test how interfaces behave. - Prepare development handoffs with mockups, reusable components, states and interaction logic. - Review implemented features with developers and QA, maintain the design system and improve team workflows.

Requirements

- Senior-level product design experience, including the ability to take work from an open-ended task through delivery. - Strong visual design skills in composition, typography, hierarchy, components and design systems, including hands-on Figma experience. - Experience designing complex flows with attention to interaction states, platform constraints and accessibility. - Ability to connect research and product priorities to a concrete solution and communicate trade-offs. - Experience prototyping interfaces and working with development and QA through implementation review. - Practical experience with AI tools and agents: independently shaping tasks, building workflows, reviewing generated logic, visuals or code, and explaining what you verified or revised.

Nice to have

- Experience with social, streaming or communications products; experimentation and product metrics; or HTML/CSS and component-based design. - Mentoring experience or experience leading design reviews.
