Sr Product Designer

Role overview Design end-to-end experiences for a technical platform that helps developers and reliability engineers understand application behavior. Partner with product and engineering from discovery through delivery, turning complex, data-rich workflows into clear interfaces while retaining the depth technical users need.

Responsibilities - Shape workflows spanning onboarding, instrumentation, troubleshooting, debugging, runtime analysis, and performance investigation. - Work directly with customers to understand their tasks and inform design decisions. - Create polished interfaces, reusable component patterns, and designs that fit or thoughtfully extend an existing design system. - Use AI-assisted workflows and prototyping to explore concepts, test ideas, and iterate quickly. - Consider edge cases, scalability, and information architecture across complex product experiences. - Influence product direction in collaboration with product managers and engineers.

Requirements - 4–10 years of digital product design experience. - A portfolio showing shipped work on complex technical products or systems-oriented workflows. - Experience with data-rich interfaces and the ability to make technical concepts understandable through UX. - Background designing for developer platforms, observability, infrastructure, or another highly technical domain. - Strong systems thinking, product judgment, and comfort working through ambiguity. - Skilled in component-based design patterns, design systems, and detailed interaction design.
