Role overview
A senior product designer is needed to shape experiences used by thousands of property professionals daily within a platform team that strengthens foundations across multiple product areas. The role focuses on navigation, dashboards, settings, account experiences, and emerging AI-powered initiatives for partners. The designer will be the sole designer embedded in the team, partnering closely with a Product Manager and engineers while contributing to a wider design community of Product Designers, Content Designers, and User Researchers.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end improvements across key platform experiences, identifying opportunities to simplify journeys and improve consistency - Support initiatives spanning navigation, dashboards, settings, account management, and AI-powered experiences - Work across multiple product teams to deliver connected and consistent partner experiences - Create and communicate solutions through user journeys, flows, wireframes, UI design, and prototypes - Run research and usability testing to validate ideas, using analytics and qualitative insight to measure impact - Build reusable patterns, guidance, and frameworks that improve consistency and help partner teams ship higher-quality work
Requirements
- Experience designing complex digital products, with a portfolio demonstrating strong UX, systems thinking, and craft - Background working across multiple teams or product areas to solve problems that span beyond a single product - Strong systems-thinking mindset with the ability to create scalable solutions and reusable patterns - Understanding of information architecture, navigation, and complex user journeys - Working knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design - Experience collaborating with design systems teams and balancing team-specific needs with organisational consistency
