About this role

Role overview A lead engineering role focused on the digital workplace, including collaboration, identity, endpoint management, intranet, and workflow automation built on Microsoft 365, Workday, and related platforms. The position blends hands-on development with technical leadership and partners with Product Managers, Architects, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, AI-driven improvements to the associate experience.

Responsibilities - Lead engineering across collaboration, identity, endpoint, intranet, and workflow automation spanning Microsoft 365, Workday, intranet, identity, and endpoint management tooling. - Partner with Product Managers on use-case discovery and rapid prototyping, translating AI ideas into working proofs of concept. - Drive an AI-first software development lifecycle across discovery, design, coding, testing, code review, and delivery. - Stay hands-on in complex development while mentoring engineers, reviewing code, and guiding architecture decisions. - Build reusable integration patterns, APIs, CI/CD pipelines, and engineering standards. - Resolve production and integration issues while safeguarding data integrity and business value.

Requirements - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience. - 5+ years delivering custom web, mobile, enterprise, or integration solutions, including 4+ years of full-stack development. - Strong hands-on experience with TypeScript and modern JavaScript (ES6+), React on the front end, and Node.js on the back end. - Back-end experience with Python and/or Rust, plus PostgreSQL and MongoDB. - Experience building and integrating digital workplace, identity, and endpoint solutions using tools such as Entra ID, Intune, Jamf, and Power Automate. - Proficiency with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and secure RESTful and GraphQL API design.

Nice to have - Familiarity with C#/.NET while modernising legacy platforms. - Demonstrated interest in applying AI to accelerate delivery and improve the associate experience.
