Product Designer

Role overview A workflow automation platform is hiring a Product Designer to shape user experiences for its orchestration tooling. The role focuses on designing interfaces for technical B2B products that help teams automate multi-step workflows, integrate with many external systems, and manage complex data flows. This is a remote-first position collaborating closely with engineering and product management.

Responsibilities - Design end-to-end product experiences for workflow orchestration features used by developers and operations teams - Translate product requirements into clear user journeys, interaction patterns, and visual designs - Build and evolve components within a shared, component-based design system - Partner closely with engineers throughout handoff, design review, and iteration cycles - Reason through edge cases, error states, and detail-level interaction quality across product surfaces - Contribute to product direction through research-informed design decisions

Requirements - Portfolio demonstrating shipped B2B or technical product design work - Proficiency with modern design tooling and component-based workflow methods - Strong ability to reason through user journeys, edge cases, and interaction detail - Comfortable collaborating deeply with engineering and product management counterparts - Effective communication and prioritization skills within a remote-first setup

Nice to have - Background designing automation, data-heavy, or developer-centric interfaces - Familiarity with workflow engines, API products, or operations platforms - Skill at translating user research findings into practical product improvements
