Responsibilities - Design end-to-end product flows for workflow orchestration features serving developer and operations audiences - Shape user journeys, interaction details, and visual treatments across complex product surfaces - Build and evolve components within a shared, component-based design system - Collaborate with engineers on handoff, design review, and iterative implementation refinement - Think through edge cases, empty states, and error states with rigor - Inform product direction with research insights translated into practical design improvements

Requirements - Portfolio demonstrating shipped B2B or technical product design work - Proficiency with modern design tools and component-based workflows - Clear thinking around user journeys, edge cases, and interaction detail - Comfort collaborating deeply with engineering and product management - Effective communication and prioritization within a remote-first setup
