About this role
Role overview The Enterprise Implementation Manager leads end-to-end deployments of a software platform, primarily via a remote delivery model with occasional on-site embedding during early-stage customer partnerships. The role blends project management, customer success, and consultative workflow design to accelerate time to value for clients in the health and human services space.
Responsibilities - Drive small to large-scale implementations as both project manager and primary customer point of contact, leading meetings, conducting workflow assessments, configuring the platform, and overseeing go-live support. - Coordinate cross-team delivery of contracted solutions, identifying dependencies, confirming specialized teams have the information they need, and keeping projects on schedule. - Scope and produce customer collateral including training plans, client-specific workflow documentation, and marketing materials. - Guide customers through development and execution of a coordinated care network, engaging program stakeholders, community partners, and service providers. - Plan, manage, and monitor projects of varying complexity, including standard technical implementations such as SAML SSO. - Maintain accurate internal systems to support effective pipeline and resource management.
Requirements - 3+ years of experience in business, technology, consulting, public health, or social services environments. - Demonstrated implementation and project management skills with a track record of building strong customer relationships. - Ability to consultatively manage multiple customers and projects simultaneously, finding creative paths when none are predetermined. - Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to break down complex ideas for varied audiences. - Balance of organizational rigor and agility, pivoting effectively when plans change. - Experience analyzing data to surface insights, tell a story, and drive action.
Nice to have - Familiarity with Jira, Salesforce, and Google Suite, plus comfort learning new tools and software.
