Strengthen the quality, consistency, and strategic value of go-to-market data used for sales analytics, reporting, data science, and AI. Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets to identify revenue-operations insights and provide recommendations that improve business performance. - Build and maintain data models supporting go-to-market reporting and strategic analysis. - Develop automated reconciliation, data-quality checks, testing, and observability practices to detect discrepancies before they affect reports or dashboards. - Create clear visualizations and executive-facing analytics that make complex findings actionable for varied audiences. - Treat dashboards and semantic layers as code by using version control, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines to make BI infrastructure reproducible and scalable. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, document, reconcile, and standardize critical business metrics, while mentoring others and improving analytics practices.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in business intelligence, analytics engineering, data engineering, or a related discipline; experience with go-to-market or sales analytics is preferred. - Experience with business-intelligence platforms such as Tableau, particularly for executive reporting and sales analysis. - Advanced SQL skills and hands-on experience designing data models. - Demonstrated ability to align stakeholders around shared definitions for important business metrics. - Track record implementing data-quality, testing, CI/CD, or data-observability frameworks. - Strong technical communication and mentoring skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to different audiences.
Nice to have
- A degree in a quantitative discipline such as computer science or a related field. - Experience with code-based BI or semantic tools, including LookML, dbt, Cube.js, or Apache Superset. - Strong Git and CI/CD skills, plus familiarity with AI products or go-to-market systems such as CRM and sales-intelligence platforms. - Experience promoting data culture and analytics best practices in a fast-moving technology organization.
