About this role
Role overview This is a remote program management role based in Ontario, British Columbia, or Alberta, focused on standing up a new carrier operations and governance function from scratch. The work blends business analysis, program management, and operating-model design for a global telecom carrier and wholesale supplier ecosystem. It reports into leadership with regular visibility to executive and audit stakeholders, and suits someone who enjoys designing systems from first principles and owning execution end to end.

Requirements - 5+ years in management consulting or as a Program Manager or Chief of Staff in telecom, revenue operations, or strategy and operations. - Track record leading visible, cross-functional programs across business, technical, legal, and financial stakeholders. - Demonstrated experience driving end-to-end process improvements that combine policy, process, IT systems, and operational controls. - Direct experience standing up operating models, team cadences, runbooks, frameworks, and Rules of Engagement. - Experience designing enablement content and leading organizational change, including Run-the-Business cadences and OKR tracking. - Strong process mapping, business case writing, and written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to executive leadership.
Nice to have - Background in high-growth tech or global telecom environments. - Six Sigma, formal program or process management, or Prosci Change Management certification. - Operational experience with commercial Deal Desks, supplier QBR management, or revenue assurance. - Domain knowledge of A2P SMS, international voice or messaging, carrier billing, or AIT/IRSF fraud frameworks. - Familiarity with workflow and dashboarding tools such as Airtable, Jira, or Confluence, and operational automation including Python or AI tooling.
Benefits and work setup - Remote role based in Ontario, British Columbia, or Alberta, Canada, with occasional travel for project or team in-person meetings. - Estimated pay range of approximately $90,800 to $113,500, plus a target bonus of 12.5%, with additional benefits such as health coverage, retirement contributions, parental and wellness leave, and paid time off depending on location.
