Product Manager (Social Team)
Job details
About this role
Role overview
A new Social team is being established to own everything related to community, collaboration, and shared learning on a fast-growing online cyber security training platform that serves millions of individual learners and business customers. The Product Manager will lead this team, with Live Classes — a cohort-based live learning experience already showing strong early traction — as the central product to scale into a polished, repeatable feature. The role blends consumer product thinking with direct revenue accountability and partners closely with the Engagement and B2B teams to grow both user engagement and business adoption.
Responsibilities
- Own the Live Classes experience end-to-end, covering format, scheduling, instructor quality, pricing, packaging, the in-class experience, and how individual learners convert into business customers. - Lead product discovery by interviewing learners, instructors, and business customers, paired with behavioural data analysis to uncover what drives sign-ups, retention, and satisfaction. - Set the vision and strategy for the Social product area, with Live Classes as the anchor initiative, and represent Social in cross-functional roadmap planning. - Shape the Live Classes business model — pricing, packaging, and monetisation — and be accountable for the associated revenue targets. - Design and run experiments (A/B tests and lightweight concept tests) across social and engagement initiatives to learn quickly and iterate. - Coordinate with the Engagement team on shared goals and on planning community events, and partner with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Content on launches.
Requirements
- Three or more years of product management experience in SaaS or consumer software. - A track record of shipping new initiatives and growing them into products that people actively use. - Hands-on experience with revenue-impacting work, such as pricing, packaging, monetisation, or conversion optimisation. - Strong data skills: confident setting up measurement, reading funnels, and making decisions from results. - Solid user research practice and end-to-end ownership of features from discovery through launch and iteration. - Ability to run multiple workstreams concurrently with high autonomy and clear communication.
Nice to have
- Experience building something inherently social, such as learning, events, or activity feeds. - Familiarity with growth loops, vitality metrics, or referral mechanics. - Exposure to B2B or product-led growth, where individual users bring in team or company deals. - Background in EdTech. - Genuine interest in cyber security.
Benefits and work setup
- Fully remote role with flexible hours, requiring at least four hours of overlap with the UK working window (8am–6pm). - Dedicated work laptop and accessories provided. - A £2,500 personal development budget for certifications and training, plus a swag bundle on joining. - Annual fully paid company retreat and recurring virtual team lunches. - Health insurance support for those based in countries without public healthcare, enhanced maternity and paternity leave, and a pension or 401k contribution. - Visa sponsorship is not currently available for this role.
