Job details
About this role
Role overview
This is a senior product leadership role focused on assisted living and memory care solutions within a senior-living technology platform. The position owns packaging, pricing, and billing strategy while partnering closely with ML, data, software, hardware, and finance teams to ship AI-driven products that improve resident safety, response times, and caregiver efficiency. The right candidate operates as both strategist and practitioner, shaping how the product wins in market and how measurable customer ROI is captured and proven.
Responsibilities
- Drive strategic differentiation, adoption, and attributable customer ROI for assisted living and memory care offerings, serving operators, community executives, and frontline caregivers. - Own end-to-end packaging, pricing, and billing, including product modularity, willingness-to-pay validation, consent capture, and install-tied billing accuracy in partnership with Finance. - Act as the strategic product partner to ML and AI teams, defining roadmaps and success metrics that connect model and device quality (recall, precision, location accuracy, alert reliability) to real-world operator outcomes. - Expand AI voice experiences and evolve resident baselines that surface both episodic and longitudinal deviations from each resident's normal pattern. - Connect alert configuration to resident acuity through electronic health record integrations, so flagged deviations translate into care plan and care level changes.
Requirements
- 7+ years of product management experience, including 3+ years in a B2B organization. - Hands-on experience building products that use LLMs and other AI/ML models, with a track record of defining and improving model quality metrics such as recall and precision. - Demonstrated ownership of packaging, pricing, and monetization for a B2B product, including willingness-to-pay testing and price realization. - Strong first-principles product thinking paired with disciplined release and discovery practices. - Quantitative mindset applied to ROI, adoption, unit economics, and success measurement. - Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical topics into strategic clarity for diverse audiences.
Nice to have
- Health-tech or senior-living industry experience. - Background with AI-powered, hardware-enabled products that use real-time device data. - Experience integrating with electronic health record (EHR) systems. - Prior people-management experience.
Benefits and work setup
- Competitive base salary with variable compensation where applicable, plus equity participation. - Semiannual performance reviews that recognize contributions and support professional development. - Access to AI tools and company-wide training programs. - Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage, mental-health resources, and employee-assistance programs. - 401(k) retirement plan, HSA and FSA options, and company-paid life and disability insurance. - Flexible PTO, paid sick days, company-observed holidays, and designated company-wide recharge periods. - Up to 12 weeks of paid parental leave for bonding, additional leave for birthing parents, plus fertility, family-building, caregiver, and bereavement benefits. - Hybrid and remote arrangements based on role and location, with home-office or internet reimbursement where applicable.
