About this role
Role overview This senior product role owns the strategy and roadmap for a suite of AI-native security capabilities on an identity-security platform. The position sits at the intersection of agentic AI, identity governance, and threat research, shaping how customers secure AI workloads they deploy at scale.
Responsibilities - Own strategy, roadmap, and success metrics for AI security capabilities spanning agent control, non-human identity governance, secretless access, and an MCP gateway - Serve as the internal subject matter expert on agentic AI threats, synthesizing research, competitive intelligence, and analyst coverage into product decisions - Partner with engineering and security research teams to define and iterate on requirements for securing AI agents, MCP servers, and orchestration frameworks - Conduct primary market research with CISOs, security architects, and IAM engineers through win/loss analysis, customer advisory boards, and analyst briefings - Drive a design partner program, recruiting early customers and translating feedback into roadmap priorities - Coordinate AI-related product work across the portfolio to maintain architectural consistency and remove duplication
Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field - 5+ years of product management experience in cybersecurity, identity security, cloud security, or a closely related domain - Demonstrated technical understanding of AI and ML systems, including LLM agents, MCP servers, tool-calling, and RAG pipelines - Working knowledge of identity security disciplines such as PAM, IAM, secrets management, workload identity, and NHI lifecycle management - Familiarity with the NHI threat surface including service accounts, API keys, OAuth tokens, machine certificates, and agent session tokens - Track record of collaborating with security research, engineering, and threat intelligence teams in a technical PM capacity
Nice to have - Security certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, CEH, or OSCP - Hands-on experience building or operating AI agents or agentic frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or AutoGen - Published security research or speaking experience at security conferences - Familiarity with AI governance frameworks such as the NIST AI RMF or the EU AI Act
