Associate Product Manager, Graduate Leadership Program

Role overview Join an early-career product leadership program and take ownership of real features for a self-custody digital wallet. You will work with product, engineering, design, data, and senior business leaders to turn user needs into shipped improvements. Possible focus areas include AI-enabled payments, stablecoins, trading, and user growth.

Responsibilities - Own product work in one or more areas, from exploring the problem to delivering and assessing a feature. - Research and prototype ideas for on-chain payments initiated by AI agents. - Convert user problems into product requirements, user stories, and measurable outcomes in partnership with design, engineering, and data colleagues. - Study competing wallets, decentralized exchanges, trading services, stablecoins, and payment networks to inform product choices. - Define key measures, run experiments, and evaluate the impact of shipped work. - Present product proposals to senior product leaders.

Requirements - 0–2 years of work experience, including internships; a degree in any discipline is welcome, alongside evidence of analytical ability. - Structured problem-solving skills and the ability to turn an unclear question into a reasoned recommendation. - Strong written and verbal communication, including explaining complex topics simply. - Familiarity with AI tools and curiosity about AI agents. - Practical interest in Web3, such as having used a wallet, decentralized exchange, or stablecoins and being able to assess the experience. - Fast learning, ownership, and comfort with ambiguity and a quick pace.

Nice to have - Hands-on involvement in DeFi, perpetual trading, stablecoin payments, hackathons, or decentralized autonomous organizations. - Side projects, product analyses, a newsletter, or an active public portfolio or code presence.
