Role overview Shape the artificial intelligence strategy and engineering execution for a growing AI platform that ships AI agents and applied products to real-world businesses. This is a senior executive seat responsible for turning an ambitious AI roadmap into shipping, scalable, production-grade systems while building and leading a high-performing technical organization.
Responsibilities - Define and own the end-to-end AI technology strategy, spanning model selection, deployment, and long-term platform architecture. - Lead, grow, and mentor engineering, ML, and MLOps teams through rapid scale-up in a high-growth environment. - Drive applied AI initiatives across areas such as natural language processing, computer vision, and generative AI, with a clear line of sight to business outcomes. - Establish and evolve cloud-native architectures and MLOps pipelines for reliable, repeatable model training and deployment. - Partner with product, commercial, and executive stakeholders to translate customer problems into shipped AI capabilities. - Maintain engineering excellence around reliability, security, cost, and developer experience across the AI stack.
Requirements - Deep, hands-on background in machine learning, deep learning, or applied AI, including experience shipping models to production. - Proven track record of building and scaling AI products in fast-paced, high-growth settings. - Strong command of cloud-native architectures on AWS, GCP, or Azure, and modern MLOps practices. - Working knowledge of major AI frameworks and tooling such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face. - Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to align technical and non-technical teams around a shared vision. - A bias for using AI to solve concrete, real-world problems with measurable business impact.
