Solution Consultant

Role overview Deliver hands-on professional services for endpoint security customers, planning and executing deployments, migrations, and day-to-day operations across complex enterprise environments. The consultant serves as a trusted cybersecurity subject-matter expert who shapes technical plans and advises customers on evolving threats.

Responsibilities - Lead deployment, integration, and operationalization of endpoint security solutions across large customer estates, including third-party technologies. - Create and maintain technical project plans, test plans, deployment plans, and migration plans in coordination with diverse customer stakeholders. - Serve as a cybersecurity SME, advising customers on defensive capabilities and incident response considerations. - Coordinate issue resolution with customer success managers, technical support engineers, and professional services leadership. - Produce technical documentation and briefings that support customer outcomes and internal knowledge sharing.

Requirements - Experience working in large-scale operational environments focused on cyber defense, incident analysis, and security solution design. - Track record designing and implementing defensive capabilities and security architectures for enterprise customers. - Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships while driving successful service delivery. - Strong written communication skills for technical documentation and executive-level briefings. - Comfort working remotely and coordinating across multiple time zones and stakeholder groups.
