Salesforce Developer

Role overview Develop customer solutions on Salesforce, extending platform and managed-package capabilities to meet business requirements. You’ll turn functional designs into secure, scalable implementations, working with consulting, architecture and delivery partners from technical design through testing, deployment and production support. The position is remote and requires ongoing authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.

Responsibilities - Build solutions with Apex, Flows, Lightning Web Components, JavaScript and integrations. - Translate business requirements and functional designs into maintainable technical implementations. - Join design reviews and code reviews, applying platform and managed-package practices. - Write unit tests and support integration testing, user acceptance testing, deployments and production validation. - Diagnose defects, production incidents and performance issues; document designs, integrations and releases. - Assess platform upgrades, maintain compatibility and build reusable components that improve delivery consistency.

Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and at least four years of hands-on Salesforce development experience. - Strong experience with Apex, Flows, Lightning Web Components, triggers, Batch Apex and Platform Events. - Experience with at least one Salesforce Cloud and understanding of platform security, sharing, permissions, managed packages and governor limits. - Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems through APIs. - Familiarity with Salesforce DX, Git and package-based development workflows. - Strong troubleshooting and communication skills; Salesforce Platform Developer I certification is required. - Authorization to work in the United States for the duration of employment without current or future employer sponsorship.

Nice to have Experience with Fonteva or other managed packages, association or membership systems, or nonprofit solutions. Work with Python, language models, AI orchestration frameworks or AI-powered Salesforce features is a plus.
