Requirements
- 5+ years in technical presales as a solutions engineer, sales engineer, or solutions architect at a B2B software company; developer or product-team sales experience is preferred. - Track record of guiding complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise evaluations and structured proofs of concept. - Fluency with JavaScript, modern front-end frameworks, APIs, SDKs, and integration patterns. - Working knowledge of AI architectures, including language model APIs, orchestration, retrieval-augmented generation, model selection, data privacy, and security. - Consultative problem-solving skills, including mapping workflows and shaping solutions from configurable product components. - Clear communication with engineers, architects, and senior business stakeholders, plus initiative to establish a new operating approach.
Nice to have
- Experience as an early solutions engineer or prior software engineering work. - Experience with regulated sectors such as financial services, healthcare, or legal.
Benefits and work setup
- Fully remote work, medical and retirement benefits, and paid time off. - Additional paid leave and annual personal development funds based on tenure. - Access to a mental health and wellbeing service.
