Software Developer - AIO (Typescript)

Role overview Join a distributed engineering team developing the next generation of AI-enabled platforms for online and offline commerce. As a full-stack TypeScript developer, you will own substantial technical decisions while delivering production features across backend and frontend systems. The position emphasizes scalable architecture, dependable operations, maintainable code, and measurable business value in a high-growth environment.

Responsibilities - Make technical decisions involving technology selection, architecture, system scalability, and long-term maintainability. - Design and implement high-quality functionality across backend services and frontend applications. - Identify and resolve performance constraints in critical product areas. - Maintain engineering standards through code reviews, automated testing, documentation, and continuous improvement. - Reduce technical debt and improve the reliability, security, and maintainability of existing systems. - Investigate production incidents, diagnose bugs, and deliver effective fixes. - Work with product and customer-facing teams to refine requirements, set priorities, and improve the user experience. - Share technical knowledge and provide mentoring where appropriate.

Requirements - At least 6 years of professional software-development experience, with strong TypeScript expertise. - Track record building and maintaining production-grade web applications. - Strong backend engineering skills, including API design, system architecture, distributed-systems concepts, relational databases, and advanced SQL. - A disciplined approach to software quality, testing, security, documentation, and maintainability. - Ability to understand complex systems quickly, identify improvements, and lead technical initiatives independently. - Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable with high ownership and changing priorities. - Excellent communication skills and professional fluency in English.

Nice to have - Experience with React and modern frontend practices. - Experience deploying and operating applications with Docker and Kubernetes. - Familiarity with cloud-native architectures, infrastructure, and high-growth or startup environments. - Availability within GMT ±3 hours.
