Mid-Level Systems Support Engineer (C#/.NET) - (Advanced English)

Role overview Support the reliable operation of business-critical applications while helping improve how incidents are detected, investigated, and resolved. You will troubleshoot issues across complex systems, contribute bug fixes and enhancements, and work with delivery teams to maintain and improve software for client needs.

Responsibilities - Use incident management processes and tools to investigate service issues, trace root causes, and support timely resolution. - Debug application behavior across system components and make well-tested fixes or enhancements. - Apply operational standards and continuous delivery practices to improve system stability, availability, and release quality. - Use application logs, monitoring, alerts, and performance indicators to spot problems and guide response. - Collaborate with teammates and stakeholders, including discussing technical issues clearly with senior audiences.

Requirements - Practical experience with C# and .NET, including .NET 8 or an earlier .NET Core version. - Familiarity with a cloud platform such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, and scripting with Python or PowerShell. - Ability to write SQL and work with relational databases; Microsoft SQL Server is preferred. Experience with non-relational databases is also relevant. - Experience debugging code and using CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or Azure Pipelines. - Exposure to application monitoring tools such as Datadog, Prometheus, or Grafana, and comfort working in Scrum or Kanban teams. - Strong spoken and written English, sound communication skills, and willingness to participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation.

Nice to have - Basic front-end development knowledge, especially React; Java experience is also useful. - Contributions to the wider technology community through writing, open-source work, or speaking.
