Role overview

Working alongside senior advisors and specialists, the analyst frames challenges, validates hypotheses, and quantifies trade-offs to produce decision-ready deliverables for executive audiences. The role blends consulting rigor with AI-enabled workflows to translate strategic intent into measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities

- Drive research and analysis across industries, technology landscapes, business processes, and competitive benchmarks, leveraging AI tools where appropriate. - Translate ambiguous business problems into structured workstreams and synthesize qualitative and quantitative information into evidence-based recommendations. - Support client engagements by preparing executive-ready presentations, facilitating workshops and discovery sessions, and documenting business and technology requirements. - Apply AI responsibly to accelerate research, content development, and synthesis, including prompt design and validation of model outputs. - Review deliverables for accuracy, structural quality, and client readiness, flagging gaps, inconsistencies, and risks before release. - Contribute reusable frameworks, templates, and lessons learned to strengthen the advisory practice.

Requirements

- Typically 2–6 years of experience in management or technology consulting, business analysis, technology strategy, product or digital transformation, or data and analytics. - Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills, with comfort working through ambiguity and complex challenges. - Excellent written and verbal communication, including the ability to produce executive-ready presentations and explain technical concepts to business stakeholders. - Comfort using AI tools to enhance research, analysis, and content creation, with discipline to validate generated outputs.
